This home screen is your central hub, and everything in FreeTime Pro is accessible from here, laid out in clear, easy-to-navigate tiles. Starting at the top left we have the red "Personnel" tile, where you manage employee records, timesheets, absences, and _rotas. The green tile in the middle of the top row is the HR Dashboard, your "live" analytics view with charts and KPIs. On the top right, displayed in orange, is the ESP Screen, or "Employee Status Panel" – a traffic-light style panel showing who's in, who's out, and who's not there that should be. On row two, "Reports" are a comprehensive suite of attendance, HR, absence, and payroll-ready reports. The centre tile is "Workflow+" – an optional add-on for handling absence requests and approvals which come via the web or our employee smartphone app. On the right of the middle row is the "Fire Roll Call" which allows staff quick access to "muster lists" in case of emergencies. On to the bottom row now. Settings – where system administrators can configure many options like shifts, job titles, define departments or enter details for email notifications. And finally, the "Help" tile directly links to our library of support videos and resources. Clicking this will open a new web page. The FreeTime Pro dashboard is designed so that managers and HR teams can get anywhere in just one or two clicks. Clicking on the tile of your choice will allow you to explore each of these areas in more detail and see exactly how they work.
