Before users can be assigned to a customer in the LMP, you must onboard that customer account. Start by selecting the service tier for this new client in the Customer Onboarding tab. For this example, we'll use MDR Complete. From the license page, click New Customer. You'll be taken to the onboarding form where you will need to confirm that the customer is not experiencing a breach or incident. After confirming, the rest of the form will become visible.Provide the Customer's details, which include their legal name, website, administrative email, the total numbers of MDR users you wish to allocate, and the number of Beauceron Security Awareness Training licenses you wish to allocate (if applicable). When onboarding a MDR Complete or Core onboarding, you will see an additional "MDR Cloud users field". This field represents the number of cloud-only users the organization has, in addition to the MDR Core or Complete users. The next section is for selecting their deployment solution in terms of network monitoring. If the end client has less than 10 users, or doesn't require network packet analysis, our fully virtual solution would be appropriate. If they are managing a single network location they want monitored, a single Network sensor solution would be the appropriate solution. After selecting the appropriate deployment solution, select the virtual hosting region for the customer.If they are using a physical appliance; you'll need to provide shipping information. You can use your default shipping address if one is set, add a custom address, or add multiple addresses, if shipping multiple appliances.Once the address is set check the boxes to agree to our Terms and click submit.You will then be taken to a confirmation page notifying you that your request has been made, and you will receive an email update within 24 hours.
