Subaward Monitoring

This module introduces the principles of subaward risk monitoring, including the PI’s responsibilities for reviewing performance, deliverables, invoices, and reports. Learners explore how DCG determines risk, how monitoring changes by risk level, how to document oversight, respond to concerns, complete Workday amendment checks, and involve DCG early when additional guidance or agreement action may be needed.
