RedFlag Add Recipients

This short training video walks you through adding recipients in RedFlag — the people you can send messages to. We'll walk through the two methods available: bulk uploading recipients using an Excel or CSV file, and manually adding individual recipients one at a time. This value also covers how to navigate within the platform (Recipients → Bulk Upload Recipients or Add Individual Recipients) and the different upload options available, including add only, add and update, or add, update, and delete.
