RedFlag Message Templates

This short training video walks you through Message Templates in RedFlag — a powerful way to save time by pre-building the messages you send regularly. You'll learn how to create a template, organize templates into folders (with one layer of subfolders), and lock parts of a template so they can't be changed when used.
