At a glance, you can see the total number of vehicles currently in recon, your average days in recon, and your average time in line. You'll also be able to identify any past-due vehicles, as well as vehicles that haven't made progress in the last five days—giving you quick insight into where delays may be occurring.Scrolling down the dashboard, you'll see your Average Days in Recon broken down by week, with the ability to adjust the date range to fit your needs. You'll also find a Workflow Summary that groups vehicles by their current status, giving you a quick snapshot of where everything stands in the recon process. The Expenses tab in the dashboard gives you a clear snapshot of your overall recon costs. You'll see how much you're spending on parts, labor, and total expenses across all vehicles. You can also view your expenses by month and compare your current spending against your targets to help you stay on track.Lastly, the Performance tab in the dashboard gives you insights into your team's overall efficiency. You'll see how performance has changed over time, along with technician productivity broken down by month. You can also adjust the timeframe to match the period you want to analyze.
