From the dashboard, I'd like to create a manual checkpoint for one of my learners. I can do this by going to the left side navigation, clicking on the learner's grid, and then selecting one of my learners. I'm going to create a manual checkpoint for Joshua. To go to checkpoint, click on Joshua's name, which will bring you through to the learner profile, and select checkpoint. From here, you'll be able to see a high-level overview of checkpoint and how Joshua has been doing. You can also then be able to search for checkpoints and see his historic checkpoints. As you can see, Joshua hasn't done any checkpoints yet, so let's create a manual one.Clicking on "Create Checkpoint" will bring up a configuration screen. Here, you can give a checkpoint a name. This will be what Joshua will see from his side. In this case, I'm going to call it "Greenkeeping Practice Check in". I can select a number of theory-based questions per KSB and the number of scenario-based questions per KSB. I will ask him two theory questions and one scenario question for each KSB. Now, I can choose from his KSBs which ones I want to use for this checkpoint.So in this case, I'm going to select one behaviour and two knowledge criteria. From that, all I need to do is hit create checkpoint. You'll get a notification to say that a checkpoint has been successfully created, and you can now see a pending status for the checkpoint.If you feel like you want to redo it, you can delete a checkpoint while it's pending and hasn't been completed.
